  • If Freddie Freeman wins another WS title with the Dodgers, he's going into the Hall of Fame as a Dodger

  • Crazy.. not sure what happened but pretty bad look. Greed is starting to root itself in college sports now. Something not sure these college athletes thought about; I think they feel they can get paid and still live the traditional college life. That's crazy.. now that college athletes started "earning" money via NIL deals, they lose the ability to say they're just college students. Gamblers that bet on college sports ain't trying to hear anything about they're only 18 years old and they shouldn't be treated like professionals; by taking money now, they should be treated like adults that make millions (obviously not ALL college athletes). There's no more excuses for college athletes, i.e. they're expected to take this seriously at all times. Instead of college athletes taking salaries or money, I don't get why they didn't take the free college education and improve the facilities so they can be better professionals? Where they'll make larger sums of money and salaries. I'm telling you, GREED. Greed is at the root of everything that sucks about sports now.. and will get worse. Sports never used money to determine success; it was about competition and who's better. Money has made athletes soft, there's less of earning your money vs well, this is what I'm getting paid and this is what I think my effort is worth. Why would an athlete care about results if they get the same amount regardless?
  • Worst home loss in Dodgers history, 16-0, vs Cubbies

  • Lakers, Kings lost playoff games; went to Dodgers game.. and of course they lost too😀

  • Anyone that drafts Shedeur Sanders after the 3rd is getting crazy value relative to what everyone thought before the draft (seems to be dropping due to poor pre-draft interviews)
  • I think today is when I start boycotting ESPN content; they clearly don't care about people's time. All these ads and commercial breaks since Disney took over is aggravating; they're holding the sports content hostage. ESPN hosts amping up other ESPN hosts as experts and someone to listen to is getting out of hand; sometimes they don't even care about the sports content. They only care about being entertaining, whether or not it's sports related
  • Jacksonville drafted Jack Kiser from Notre Dame in the 4th; 1st time Jacksonville has drafted a player named Jack 😀 (credit Rich Eisen from NFL Network)

  • Brutal playoff losses by both the Kings and Lakers, blowing 3rd period and 4th quarter leads.. but at least the Dodgers won.. and we get Panda for $6.59 with tax via the panda app.. code: DODGERSWIN.. 2 item plate with 1 side

  • Doc Rivers cannot be a top 5 coach all time.. sorry, he's probably a good person but he's not top 5 coach all time

  • Just read about Caleb Williams and his father trying to dictate their way into the NFL: https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/45161794/caleb-williams-sought-way-going-chicago-bears. If this is true, this is one of the most stupidest things I've heard. Dude, just serve your 5 years on your rookie contract; then you can dictate whatever you want. Rookies trying to dictate their way to a team or how they come into the NFL, like Shadeur tried to do too, is an insanely bad look for the NFL. You're telling me these 20 somethings know better than everyone else? C'mon man.. "well, this is their life/choice.. they can do whatever they want.." Dude, no it's not.. NFL is a team sport.. who's gonna want to be teammates with someone like this.. that thinks they know more than everyone else? That will bail on the team if things don't work out the way they thought it would/should? Why would any team build their team around a guy like this? "His dad is just trying to look out for him.." Parents need to stay out of this.. they need to be in the background and let him work this out himself.. Fathers wanting to look out for their sons AND Caleb wanting to go to a good situation ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS!!!"

  • Watching First Take on ESPN; just heard Stephen A Smith on national TV say Tyrese Haliburton is not a superstar but that he wanted the Knicks draft him (he's a Knicks fan). This is an example of these "experts" playing the middle; they never pick a side, so they can look good whatever happens. You never hear them talk when they make a bad prediction, right? But when they get something right,  we NEVER hear the end of it, especially Stephen A Smith. Also tired of all this small talk and comments about what outfit they got on, etc.. just trying to waste time on the show so they can try to tease the next topic..
